The highest form of political attainment to order mankind is saintocratic government (angecracy). 
There is no doubt that democracy has failed mankind and theocracy has also failed to integrate into democracy.  Therefore, they hold no hope for a peaceful New World Order, because it is a misplaced political design.  The highest form of government which man wishes to attain without the living God, that is, the desire of the sinfulman to attain a peaceful world in his own terms, is not possible.   A purer form of government that has no earthly origin is needed to lead man out from its sinful political designs.  Any true seeker of global peace must be a believer of saintocratic government, the only hope of a peaceful new world order.  This is the promise God made to Abraham that through Jesus Christ he would bless the entire world.

There is no better time the world needs the intervention of Jesus Christ than now.  We have seen the power ruling the world loosing its authority on daily basis.  We have seen the frustration of political leaders shamefully owning up to their inability to bring social order to the world.  We have seen a high rate of lawlessness as a result of undermining of authorities, family order degenerating and social decay becoming evident leading to total collapse of human reasoning.  A clear evidence of democratic engineering, the highest form of demonised man's activities.  The current war between democracy and theocracy (code name war on terrorism) cannot provide an answer to the peaceful world mankind is yearning for. 

But who holds the answer to a peaceful world?

The answer to a peaceful world can only be found in Jesus Christ and the key to this greatest project in the history of mankind had been passed to His disciples. The disciples of Jesus Christ are not ignorant of this God ordained purpose for His body. That is why in Romans 12: 1-2 apostle Paul wrote ‘I beseech therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God’.  Also in 1 Corinthians 2:7-10, he wrote, ‘But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, the hidden wisdom which God ordained before the ages for our glory, which none of the rulers of this age knew; for had they known, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. But as it is written ‘Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man, the things which God has prepared for those who love Him. But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes the deep things of God'.
True government order is part of the deep things of God that Jesus is calling His disciples and followers to grow into, In other to direct the world into the true way of peace (New Israel). Good understanding of government will bring about a spiritual revival that will open the perfect part to a peaceful new world order.

Before we reveal the government of God let us reveal the understanding of the two major government ideas, which is contending for today’s world dominion

DEMOCRACY

Democracy is an idea of government, designed by demons. It is a masked name for demon-cracy. Democracy is today’s transitional government system of the world. It is the disorganised system of the sinfulman. That is why it is called democracy. It is an evil government, which is derived from the word demon, it means evil spirit, this type of government encourages the leadership of man in his fallen nature. Therefore, it is not expected to improve the life of man to perfection. It will rather put man in bondage of the evil one. For more clarification let us look at the meaning of democracy as a government. Democracy means government of the people, for the people by the people. In other words, government of the sinfulman, for the sinfulman by the sinfulman. Which also means government of man, for  man, by man. This means that it is only a system designed to satisfy the pleasure of man. The government that is designed to satisfy the pleasure of man is evil because the thought of man is evil. Therefore, democracy is a government of disorder. Man will not experience peace or make peace as long as the government by demons (democracy) is the acceptable system of government in your life and among the nations. That is why Paul wrote in Romans 1:28-31 ‘And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a debased mind to do those things which are not fitting; being filled with all unrighteousness, sexual immorality, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness, full of envy, murder, strife, deceit-evil mindedness; they are whisperers, back-biters, haters of God, violent, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, undiscerning, untrustworthy, unloving, unforgiving, unmerciful’

These are all the behavioural pattern that democracy as a government is expected to promote in the life of men. Therefore, those who work to support and keep democracy are all evil minded. That is why Apostle Paul went further in verse 32 saying, ´Who knowing the righteous Judgement of God, that those who practice such things are deserving of death, not only do the same but also approve of those who practice them". The designers of democracy and their supporters are spiritually evil-minded, and inventors of evil. We cannot expect the best which God made man to be, to come out of a system of the sinfulman. Democracy is the best that sinfulman can offer to the world. And this best in the sight of God is nothing but evil that cannot bring peace to the modern world.

THEOCRACY

The advanced democracy is called Theocracy. The Theocratic type of Government system is a grand deceit. In democracy system there is a veil that protects the revealing of the sinfulman as God. While in theocratic system of government the beast is exposed as God. That´s why theocracy is explained as a system of government in which the laws of the State are believed to be the laws of God. It is a government by man ordained priests and priestly class. Apostle Paul warned of the danger in this type of government when he said in 2 Thessalonians 2:1-4. Now, brethren, concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together to Him, we ask you, not to be soon shaken in mind or troubled, either by spirit or by word or by letter, as if from us, as though the day of Christ had come let no one deceive you by any means; for that day will not come unless the falling away comes first and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition, who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God. Therefore, Theocracy is the system that made it possible for this demonic system to be unveiled and also enthrone the son of perdition. James warned the Christians in James 2:19 to be careful when he noted, you believe that there is one God. You do well even the demons believe and tremble! And Apostle Paul went further to say in 2 corinthians 11:12-15, But what I do, I will also continue to do, that I may cut off the opportunity from those who desire an opportunity to be regarded just as we are in the things of which they boast. For such are false apostles, deceitful workers. Transforming themselves into apostles of Christ. And no wonder! For satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also transform themselves into ministers of righteousness, whose end will be according to their works. This means they are working for the pleasure of man rather than the pleasure of God.

God has the best to give to man. That which is good in His mind and is perfect in His sight, that which He knows is good for the man He made in His image, and Jesus Christ came with the word of this good that whosoever believes will be saved from the oppression of the beast of the earth. He brought the good news, the gospel of life. So, that you can learn about the perfect government designed by the pure mind of God; established in His thought as good for the man He made in His Image. That is why in Matthew 24:24-35 the Scripture says. For false Christs and false prophets will appear and perform signs and miracles to deceive the elect-if that were possible. So be on your guard; I have told you everything ahead of time. But in those days, following that distress, the sun will be darkened and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from sky and the heavenly bodies will be shaken. At that time men will see the son of man coming in clouds with great power and glory. And he will send his angels and gather his elect from the four winds, from the ends of the earth to the ends of the heavens. Now learn this lesson from the fig tree: As soon as its twigs get tender and its leaves come out, you know that summer is near. Even so, when you see these things happening you know that it is near, right at the door. I tell you the truth this generation will certainly not pass away until all these things have happened. Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away. With this Scripture we are introducing to you the government called

SAINTOCRACY (ANGECRACY)

Angecracy is the opposite of democracy. It can be called Saintocracy. Saintocracy means the government designed by the Saints. This type of government is the one the saints operate through the revelation of the word of God. We can explain the meaning as the Government of God by Jesus Christ for the pleasure of God. It can also be defined as the government of God by the word for the pleasure of God. It can be put in this way, the government of God by the spirit for the pleasure of God. Finally as, government of God by the Saints for the pleasure of God.

Jesus Christ hates the government of demons that he called his disciples and prepared them to dismantle democracy and its matured programme called theocracy. That is why when the seventy returned in Luke 10:17-19, from the mission they were joyful and said Lord even the demons are subject to us in your name. The Saints are expected to give order to the demons, and not take permission from them before they can dismantle their evil governments. That is why Jesus answered, I saw satan fall like lightening from heaven. Behold I give you the authority to trample on Serpents and Scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy and nothing shall by any means hurt you. Therefore, it is the will of God for the Saintocracy to dismantle democracy and its advance governments as the new world unfolds in the government of the Saints

Revelation 15 reveals the power and the joy of the Saints when John wrote I saw something like a sea of glass mingled with fire, and those who have the victory over the beast, over his Image and over his mark and over the number of his name, standing on the sea of glass, having harps of God. They sing the song of moses, the servant of God, and the song of the lamb, saying, Great and marvelous are your works, Lord God Almighty! Just and true are your ways, O king of the Saints who shall not fear you, O lord, and glorify your name? For you alone are Holy. For all nations shall come and worship before you, For your Judgements have been manifested.

The Saints are marching forward to make the world the world of Christ. All things were created not for the pleasure of man, but for the pleasure of God. The beast cannot take the Kingdom of God, but God will take over the Kingdom of man. The government of God is the government of order. It is a righteous government with every good that God gives to man. The peace of man is when he surrenders his obedience to God through His Saints. And allow the love of God to take root in him, as he is powerfully compelled to surrender His independency to God, His creator for better governance. As Saintocracy keeps unfolding the tradition and culture of nations will definitely change.

Note:
Spiritual maturity gives you the right to contribute, be voted for, or vote in the government of the saints. Therefore fellowship with the light, and one another builds our spiritual understanding for edification of the body. We cannot pursue righteousness with those who are not calling on God out of a pure heart. Righteousness of God is the basis for good government, and that is what Jesus Christ had given to us through the gospel. Saintocracy is the answer to sinful government.

Apostle Paul in Hebrews10:19-31, knew that our gospel must surely affect the world of demons. So he said, Therefore, brethren, having boldness to enter the Holiest by the blood of Jesus, by a new and living way which He consecrated for us, through the veil; That is, His flesh, and having a High Priest over the house of God, let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water let us hold fast the confession of our hope with out wavering. for He who promised is faithful. And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching. For if we sin wilfully after we have received the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, but a certain fearful expectation of Judgement, and fiery indignation which will devour the adversaries of how much worse punishment do you suppose, will he be thought worthy who has trampled the son of God underfoot, counted the blood of the covenant by which he was sanctified a common thing, and insulted the spirit of grace? it is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.
I know that this enlightenment will definitely educate you and change your situation in the system of the world into the system of God. Though I endured a great struggle with sufferings that this knowledge might come to you. That is why Paul said of us, But recall the former days in which after you were illuminated you endured a great struggle with sufferings. Partly while you were made a spectacle both by reproaches and tribulations, and partly, while you became companions of those who were so treated; for you had compassion on me in my chains, and joyfully accepted the plundering of your goods, knowing that you have a better and an enduring possession for yourselves in heaven. Therefore do not cast away your confidence which has great reward. For you have need of endurance so that after you have done the will of God, you may receive the promise; for yet a little while, and He who is coming will come and will not tarry Now the just shall live by faith; But if anyone draws back, my soul has no pleasure in him. But we are not of those who draw back to perdition but of those who believe to the saving of the soul. Do not worry about the democracy government and its religious institutions. Apostle Paul saw all these manipulations of the sinfulman from the beginning so he said in Ephesians 4:10-14, He who descended is also the one who ascended far above all the heavens, that He might fill all things. And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets some evangelists, and some pastor and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, till we all come to the Unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting, that is the same reason Paul also wrote in 2 Thessalonians 2:5 Do you not remember that when I was still with you I told you these things? And now you know what is restraining, that he may be revealed in his own time. For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way. And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord will consume with the breath of His mouth and destroy with the brightness of His coming.

The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan with all power, signs and lying wonders and with all Unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved? And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie. That they all may be Condemned who did not believe the truth, but had pleasure in Unrighteousness. But we are bound to give thanks to God always for you, brethren, beloved by the Lord, because God from the beginning chose you for salvation through sanctification by the spirit and belief in the truth to which He called you by our gospel for the obtaining of the glory of our lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, brethren, stand fast and hold the tradition which you were taught, whether by word or our epistle. But speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head Christ. From whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love. This I say, therefore, and testify in the Lord, that you should no longer walk as the rest of the Gentiles walk, in the futility of their  mind, having their understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God, because of the blindness of their heart; who being past feeling, have given themselves over to lewdness, to work all Uncleanness with greediness. But you have not so learned Christ, if indeed you have heard Him and have been taught by Him, as the truth is in Jesus; that you  put off, your former conduct, the old man which grows corrupt  according to the deceitful lusts, and be renewed in the spirit mind, and that you put  on the new  man which was created according to God, in true righteousness and holiness. Therefore, putting away lying, “let each one of you speak truth with his neighbor, for we are members of one another. Now may our Lord Jesus Christ Himself, and our God and Father, who has loved us and given us everlasting consolation and good hope by grace, comfort your hearts and establish you in every good word and work.
